Engine and Tranny Combos???

Well I wanna swap in an F20B but I was just wondering if I could still use my F23A tranny?? And if so, is it even a good idea to do so?

You can use your trans with the F20b. I just finished a f20b swap in a cg with the p2a8(f23a1 5spd).

you can also use the h23, h22,and f22 trannys.

i would use the f20b tranny. but the f23 will work. with zero problems.

Also Im planning on putting a lot of money and power into the motor so is there a tranny that can handle the HP better than another, i will be giving the same amount of attention to the tranny as the motor but is there an optimal tranny that should be used
