Engine bogging/stuttering

It was definitely a weird issue. One day it'll occur on most acceleration-from-a-stop and the next day, it'll happen once or not at all. Do you have new spark plugs and wires too?

Yep new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, new ignion coil, and a new main relay... but hopefully it is the cap or rotor since those are easy fixes, I was more worried it could be ecu related or like my vtec system was failing or something.
