I did a search for ways to mounth an V6 engine(since Ingals and NRG only makes for V6 Accords) damper on an I4 accord. One had it mounted at the bottom of the engine at a diagonal manner and the other had some weak looking bracket on the shock tower mount. Both of those pictures dont look like they're functional at all.
Has anyone else installed this? I like that it limits the foward/aft movements of the engine. Using poly mounts are out of the question and I dont need the extra vibration. I just dont like how the car unloads itself in low speed, ie traffic situations where it rocks the whole car. A damper would really help this.
I thought about getting a cheap-o ebay strut bar and mounting onto the strut bar? Has anyone done that?
