Exhaust question

I have searched high and low. Does anyone know of a company that sells a universal dolphin tip muffler? I love the way they look, but I can not find JUST a muffler, all cat backs. Much like the Apexi noir, my other favorite muffler look.

Only one I can think of is the T1R exhaust for the s2000.

What does our stock mufflers mean? And yeah, I have found catbacks like that. I just want the muffler itself. And I don't want the burn titanium tip.
