So I currently have only a cl-s muffler and I want it to sound deeper and louder without being raspy. What can I do to achieve that?

several things... headers, high flow cat, resonator delete, better piping, different muffler.. etc.. probably a combination of a few of these will get you the result you want

Do you think replacing the stock resonator with a dynomax resonator make a big difference?

As far as sound is concerned, you should notice a bit of a difference. Keep in mind our engines benefit from back pressure, so I would not recommend these 2.5 straight piped set ups I have heard people in here and other places suggest. Stock cat, high flow/deleted resonator/2.25 inch piping/ muffler(s) of your choice seems to be a decent set up in my opinion.

^Correct, I'm just seeing if anyone has replaced their stock resonator with a dynomax one on their 4 cyl and what results they found.
