I Found a f20b DOHC VTEC manual head, and was wondering about doing a head swap. The bore on the f20 is 85mm, thereby eliminating the bore issue normally associated with g23s. Instead of boring the block, I could expand the combustion chamber. Would everything else be the same, since the f20b is so similar to the h22? Thanks!
