I just got my f23 half shaft yesterday and I remember some people asking if they could use a h22 one for 5spd swap so I took some pics of them side by side.
The h22 one has a male spline that connects to the shaft and f23 has female other than that they look pretty much the same. Also f23 one is way thicker.
