I believe the k24 is rated at about 210 at the crank. It moves just fine for my purposes. Also, you can get the ecu reflashed by Hondata in order to squeeze another 20-30 hp out of the motor.
I know, the K24 has a lot of great options that aren't too expensive. Thinking one of the next mods is going to be an rbc intake manifold with the j35 tb. once I get a hondata reflash, that should open up some hp.
between intake, header, im, tb, and vtc upgrade you can make close to 240 or 250 hp
Yea, it is...the k24 is rated around 205hp or so. However, there are a number of guys on tsxclub.com with the mods I listed that are right in the 240-250hp range. Just have to find an extra ecu to get reflashed
