well I guess you could with ABS if you do it proper and weld it. Personally I'd go with fiberglass, much cheaper to mod and repair. You could do polyurethane you just need to find a company who can weld it or know how to use injectable. You'll come across far more fiberglass sides than ABS. I think ABSdynamics has a few sides (typeR etc..) Nothing clean.
