That helps, but I think it sort of blends in with the rest of the page a little too much. It might catch more voters if the announcement were in a bigger font size, and maybe a different color.
I agree it should be enough that people should know about ROTM and know where to go to vote. But it couldn't hurt to help facilitate that if there is an easy way of doing it. If not, then it is what it is.
