Fender tab relocating??

Happy memoridal day to my fellow 6gas! =]
Well i lowered my car fenders rolled and pulled..
But my fender tab is rubbing like crazy!!!
Does anybody know of a shop or sumthing so they can relocate it? Tried searching online but couldn find n e thing.. Im located in Long Beach, ca
Any help would b great, trying to get it fixed before my drive out tonight..

In the rear, you take the bumper off and then cut the top part that runs parallel to the ground that meets the metal part of the body and cut it like this.

Sadly, I dont have a before shot.
As for the actual relocation of the tab to hold to it in place, i havent done anything bc i dont know where people move it to or how they do it.
Any one with info please chime in.

I would but neither do i have the time or tools to do it

Just trim the part down as shown in the picture above and then drill a small hole in your bumper and ziptie it on. Thats how I did it.
