this thread just totally bottled my mind...

sounds like it's your fault.... and kinda dumb on your part not to call the cops.

Not sure if it's like this in other states, but in MN, if the damage is $500+ you have to file a police report. judging from the pic, fixing that fender will be about that, plus any other damage.

I agree about the cops thing. My dad got in a minor accident ,less damage than yours once, and he just decided to not call the cops and get a report. Well a month later he gets a letter for appearance in court because the lady who hit him got his plate number and filed a hit and run against him and was trying to get money. So, lesson learned always file a report.
