Free Vehicle history report

Let me start off with saying I'm sorry if this doesn't go here... So I am wanting to buy another V6A and the problem is the story and stuff sounds a bit sketchy so I wanted to know if anyone knows how to get a free vehicle history report??

There's no such thing as free vehicle history report. Even if you go to your local DMV you might pay a fee. Some online vehicle history website only provide vague information like: Accident reported, Vehicle stolen history reported, Maintenance, Recall. But it wont specifically Give you date of the accident if any, Lien, until you pay for it. Even if you do VIN search its the same crap. Ever hear about washing of car title?

The only free vehicle history report is to track down previous owners Where is the history I dont know

I got a free brief history report from the licensing department at a dealership. It was probably free because I had worked at the dealership.
