Front Passenger Wheel Noise

The front pass. wheel is making a strange noise.

Starting yesterday, I started hearing a noise that sounded like an air leak. But starting today, it sounded more like a scraping noise in my brakes. It kinda feels like the brakes might be engaged a little bit. And when I'm on a slight hill, I don't roll back in neutral.

Help, any ideas?

check your pad and replace them

Those are also the pads that I've replace not even 2 months ago.

I drive about 1800 miles per month. So they're still fairly new.
