What exactly do you need from a junk head? I got some H22 parts laying around.

theres a cylinder inside one of the vtec lifters i need. I would be eternally grateful if you would sell one to me.

Awesome man, This tiny piece is holding up my build. Honda wanted 400 dollars to buy the hole lifter assembly. I was like hell no. This will help so much!

Any idea how to move the pin? Or do you want the whole rocker?

I just need the cylinder after u remove the cam then u can lift two of the three. There's a small gap which should allow u to push it out, if not there's a small hex key on the side of the head if u undo that u can push out the long rod that holds all of them in. Thanks so much again man I will have another update as soon as I receive and install this thing.

Will be going to sears today to get the hex key for the side of the head. Not having a garage and tools anymore suck

Not sure if you can see but you should be able to lift it and then just push it out but either way will work. The cylinder is in the center lifter and is only held in by the lifters on each side of it.
