I just finished gutting out whatever that was, seems like a test pipe. But this was what was causing the rattle and noise. Almost impossible to remove this from the inside of that pipe. Took me forever! Lots of gunk, muscle, and a pry bar!

I dont have emissions either but all a cop gotta do is smell it and its probable cause to give u a ticket

I'd keep my cat intact and just get a test pipe.

My I replaced my coupe's cat not to long ago. I prefer the ninja like buzz of the motor now lol
