Harshest Wheel Cleaner Ever?

What is the harshest wheel cleaner can you get, I got some OEM rims and they are very dirty and rusted. Been using rim cleaner and its somewhat works and Ive been using a paint stripper and a drill and I think I need some harsh cleaner.

trying to clean them to paint and its been 2 days of me sanding and using rim cleaner, Ive been thinking acid or spray 9, Tires are mounted but they are toast, dried out and cracked.

Sand or media blasting.

Whatever you do...... don't use the green scratchy side of a sponge.

....cuz it's too abrasive. :hide:

Oh I'm refinishing them so scratches are not a problem.

Sand blasting I could do I got access to one. I mean they are bad. One had some sort of grease or brake dust embedded in the rim. I used Acid to remove that, because it was the only thing I had that would take it off, I used acid and water to remove bluing and stuff of firearms....
