Megan Headers

i wanted to know if i installed these headers on a stock exhaust for now with the cat will i get any performance out of it? and also is there anyway i can get any performance installing my headers on a stock exhaust or if i took out the cats. until i get my magnaflow

i'm not gonna lie ... when i purchased my megan header i did notice a difference but that didn't last long

What brand of headers would you recommend?and if i do install headers on a stock exhaust is there anything i should do to get any performance?
