Hey in my last post i stated that i'm getting 55w HID's and just incase i go on a long drive or anything where when i get to my destination my headlights will just be a pool of melted plastic... I want to separately wire my Hi's and Low's to 2 AUX switches... I know its as simple as cutting the positive wires and wiring them through the switch, but i have no idea which wires they are. If anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

I want them separate so that I can turn on my Hi's (Normal halogen) without the HID's being on.

Thanks!

you could probly cut what ever only lets the Highs go on with the lows, so they will work independent instead of adding new switches. but i dont know much about that

I know the 55 are stronger then the 35 but i read somewhere on here where someone said it is a common misconception that they run hotter then normal.

I thought they both respectively run cooler then halogens?
