welcome to the site. i use photobucket. i'll have a pic on my phone then upload it using my photobucket app and it goes straight to my uploaded page on photobucket. go to the picture and look for the code and paste that in

i would look into a LED conversion. you could do your whole car for under 20 dollars if you find the right deals on ebay.
