Help hesitant acceleration,sluggish

I replaced mine with the Magnaflow high flow.

I just out a ebay test pipe /high flow cat. Runs just fine now. But I have check engine light now cuz low voltage with oxygen sensor. I'm replacing that then doing emissions this month.
