There has to be a pending code or something. Take it to an auto parts and get the codes read. It's too bad that you couldn't get that first code. You could also use the paper clip method, but I don't know if it works for pending codes.

The first code i knew it was a gas cap while driving there was no problem,i knew it would be that cuz i may have not tighten the cap as tight.

And yeah i'll take it down to a auto parts store to see if there is a pending code??

Re: Help!!

Dude you bought bad gas yo. that bad gas may already damage your fuel injector then the engine.

it's not bad gas..... :eh:

put your hand at the exhaust and see if u feel the exhaust fume coming out... if u feel very little air coming out, then it might be a clogged catalytic converter... happened to me before

May have found the cause?? My cat started rattling like crazy lately the shields are fine and come to find out that the whole inside screen had broken.

You can literally see the screen move and the cotton insulation came out also. With a broken screen no air flow out the back.

You can see in the pics and see little particles in the oxygen sensor.

Had the core in my cat come loose last year too. Didn't have it on there long enough to throw a code. Did you replace the cat?
