Help. radiator trouble

i too had AT radiator on my previous 6thgen MT.
mine came with plug, but it wasn't anything sturdy enough to stand radiator's pressure though. so i would assume that as long as you don't plug tranny's cooler line, you would be good to go.

mine did have drain plug tho. i think they were from denso.

ooohhh, i thought he was saying his oem one didnt have a drain plug hahaha. my bad.

we all have "duh" moment once in a great while.
yours happen to occur often than others.

Yes, the ATF lines and cooling system are separate... how else would it work? You don't have coolant going through the A/T.

To drain, just remove the lower hose, no big deal. A lot of techs use this method over the petcock because it drains much faster, meaning more $$$ in their pocket.
