Help uploading pics for memb. ride thread

I am trying to upload pics to make a members ride thread and I uploaded them off from my thumb drive and its saying Ive exceeded my quota by ...(however many)kb. Could someone please tell me how to resize these and upload them? Im sure its easy and im looking like a retard posting this as im sure its been posted b4 but when I searched it kept saying fatasl error. . . . Nothings working out for me but I wanna get this posted as ive been a member for a while and everyone from 6th gen has helped a lot so far and wanna become more active on here. Thanks in advance for any help guys/gals!

Use photobucket.com or tinypic.com they're both free sites and easy to use. I recommend photo bucket. They should automatically be resized.

I use tinypic.com because it's simple but the only thing I don't like is you can't do bulk uploads.
