HELP with oxygen sensor

i need to replace my oxygen sensors, are both of them exactly the same??? and can someone give me a link to one, which brands are the best?

I highly recommend OEM...they're pretty expensive too...

I tried to bosch one from vatozone and the wire to the harness were short...plus it kept throwing the code after clearing it...
$80 dollar difference but worth it in the end
