Help with signature?

How do you guys get a link that says "click here" and it sends you to for instance your ride thread? I want that in my sig and idk what to do.

URL= put link here]type whatever you want it to say here[/URL
Just add open on close brackets on the beginning and end respectively.


A simple google search would have found that
