Let me clarify.
- He owns an Infinity i30
- He bought aftermarket headlights that take an h4 bulb
- A buddy gave him the HID's (h4 bulbs)
- The factory harness is for a 9004 bulb type
- They do not make a conversion harness for his car.

Whats the best way to do this?

Can I splice into the parking lights, and and a fuse block?

Well than yuo shold have made your original post more clarifying like this post.

Sicne he has the correct bulb size, splice the H4 wire coming out of the ballast into the 9004 headlight plug.. That is ALL yuo need to do . It's simple wiring man... -_-

Also, if the bulbs has two wired and look like this, you can splice.
If it has no wires, you need the correct ballast for those bulbs

Yeah, but if the bulb he has is a D2R or something without wires, he's screwed.

Oh snap.. I think the H4 bulbs dont come with a harness.. I think they have a plug for them...

Do you have the actual harness that plugs into the bulb? If so, than you are ok, and stick to my original post.

Someone can close this thread.

How about the $20 DDM Tuning relay harness? No cutting, should fit his 9004 socket.

That's what I did when my buddy got DDM's for his 05 Passat... his bulbs were H11 and the ballasts had 9006 connectors or whatever our car is...
