Hood Damper Question

Hi, I have '99 accord with a carbon fiber hood. I found a place that has hood dampers but i'm not sure which length to get as they have multiple lengths. Can anyone recommend me or know how long they should be and where near the fender it should be mounted? TIA

bump id like to know too im gettin a cf hood this week and had heard the stress the hood

when i mount my cf hood i actually take off my hood dampers because it could damage the carbon fiber

my friend has both of his still on his CF hood, nothing wrong. Just make sure they're not knew and they are used and slightly worn. I can see how brand new ones might bother it, but when they get weak the lower weight makes them act like normal.
