Horn unhooked...

So i have to get my car 98 accord inspected and my horn does not work. I checked the relay and it seems to be fine, I can hear a click when I push the horn. So i look at the horns them selves behind the bumper and the 2 connectors hanging from the horns are not plugged into anything.

I tried looking for the connections but couldnt see anything. Does anyone know where they plug into or have a diagram that shows this?

Is it just wires hanging about or what? There should be a clip to put them into, if not...you will have to solder the wires back into place.

I took a closed look and it looks as if someone took of the connector on the backs of the horns, so I have no where to plug the connection coming from the fuse box, lol. Do I have to pick up a new horn?
