You hit the nail on the head, Mikey.
Especially true because everything in the bay is planned to be top notch.

It was close to being done also. But, its been sitting -- unfortunately.

I talked to Dre this weekend at the OC Car Show, the build is still ongoing, waiting for ***** (can't spill the beans) then the motor gets dropped in hopefully!

Guys I have not gone anywhere I just have not been active and hit a wall with modding etc. I did not do nothing for about a year car related it was a little bit of everything as Mikey said. I got the hunger again to get back and spend the time and money needed but as you get older you have to think twice about spending all this money when you have other things in life to worry about also. Everyone at some point will slow down with this hobby we love but I never thought really about quitting this project or the scene. I'll stick around no worries and be more active now.

Well guys a little update from this past weekend.

Me and Adam (99v6sedan were trying to get my engine bay knocked out while Paul worked on his J36 TL this weekend. We were hoping to get the engine bay painted but it was a time crunch so the base coat and clear were not sprayed. After all the welding, shaving, smoothing took place Adam was able to shot the bay with high build primer and get it ready for paint. We did not want to go super crazy shaving anything we could find even though we did in some areas that you may not notice in the pics. We wanted it to be clean but not over the top so it's mild for sure. This project has been on hold for a while so I can't wait to continue and get this car back on the road I miss it.

Look for more updates in the next few weeks once it gets color. I want to say thanks again to Adam, it was one hot sweating day working under the sun bro thank you.
