so today i was adding some led strips to splice into the dome light, every thing was working fine until my hand got tangled in a wire, and yanked of a soldered connection to the led strip, then all the interior lights shut off. I saw a small spark from the wire, i don't know if i blew a fuse, or something worse, but no lights inside turn on at all.

Likely a fuse, check them.

You should always disconnect the battery when working with electricals.

yup, blown fuse. I had the neg terminal off when I installed them, but i didn't blow the fuse till after I put it back on to check them out. But now they stay on all the time, along with the dome light. The Leds are wired to the domelight switch in the passenger fuse box. does anyone know of the domelight dimmer wire, or control that i might have blown?
