yes you can get it aligned without a camber kit....and shaking is usually the result of a wheel/tire imbalance....

^^^ true....

of course you can get alignment without camber kit....
camber kit just extends the deg of camber/toe adjustability....

also, i dont think there's n e adjustability available in the rear.....correct me if im wrong...

Once you have the printout, how do you know what to adjust the camber kit to? Don't you just take it back to the shop and have them adjust it with the camber kit on there?

The shop saw unacceptable camber, and couldn't adjust it, therefore told you they couldn't do it. You wouldn't want to pay for a half-*** product would you? From my experience, on a 1.5" drop, camber was still within spec and I never had tire wear issues. Once I dropped down to a 2.0" drop, camber was around -2.8 degrees, so a camber kit was needed but only in the rear. If you're dropped 2.5", I'm sure you're in need of a camber kit.

It's a trial and error deal, and needs to be accomplished while the car is being aligned. My shop check my specs and gave me the print-out but didn't charge me because they couldn't adjust it. I got my camber kit, installed it, and took it back. They checked the specs again, and adjusted the alignment accordingly, then gave me a before/after print-out. Simple.

A lot of places won't align slammed cars because they can't get it up on the ramp.
Find a performance specialist, I mean specialist, not GoodYear specialist.

In Miami, there is one shop that does every and all alignment from grandfather station wagons to dumped 350Zs.

As far as the Accord, I was told by my guy that the camber is not really an issue. As long as you don't do stupid dumped ultra tuck low, stock cambers will be fine for the alignment.

The key is to find a good good good alignment specialist.

I thought our Accords have no camber adjustment what so ever.. Which is why our camber kits are ball joints & upper control arms for the front otherwise we could use a camber plate like other vehicles. So I'm guessing that is why he told you no. We only have Toe adjustments.
