Hi everyone I just got in my jdm f23a1( due to time constraints this was the nest option for me). Anyways here is the thing I have been told multiple things from this is a straight drop in to I need to change the intake manifold. It also looks like the coolant line that comes off the head has a different bend. If anyone has done one of these a sure answer would be nice.

I've never swapped a jdm f23a myself but for starters I would suggest to make sure you swap over all your old f23's sensors onto it. I'm not sure whether or not you have to change the intake manifold. If it has all the same sensors and sensor locations I don't see the need to. Maybe someone on here can shed some more light on this.

If you have your old motor with you and its out the the bay, it would be easy to compare both motors as to what needs changing over. Other than that I would assume they are the exact replica of each other.
