FS: kenwood +harness +dash kit *CHEAP*

so i just swapped out my kenwood of about a year and half yesterday for a newer one for my system re-build. its a kenwood kdc-mp145 that has our vehicles harness already hooked up so its ready to drop in. i reused the dash kit from my old stereo so the dash kit ill give u is brand new and unopened. all you gotta do is take your old radio out and put this in and youre ready to go.

kenwood with remote + harness already for our car + dash kit

cosmetically its still at least a 9/10. mechanically 10/10. NEVER had any issues with it at all. I got a new radio in so the old ones gotta go.

Butt connectors :lawl:

those aren't butt connectors, but called crimp caps. and almost all professionals use them. there's nothing wrong with using butt connectors or crimp caps on stereo wiring as long as it properly crimped.


good deal on the radio setup though. would have jumped on it if it was a 145U.

Sorry, you're right they are crimp caps.

And a real certified professional wont touch them. Solder is the only totally secure way to do it.

Like if I ever used one my boss would be livid. Because a good shop is above caps and butt connectors. Just not as professional as a properly soldered and taped wire.
