line up my head lights

i got HIDs on my car and the driver light is pointing up and the passenger side is a lil down. i see 3 screws around the light. would i be able to adjust the lights by that?

Yes, You can adjust them. But the 3 screws around the bulb is not the correct ones. Search Result . Please adjust them so that you don't blind other drivers.
