Location specific start up problem

so i'm wondering if any of you have had this problem? Im about to research
into it, but just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

so I recently moved into a new apartment, ad i noticed that in certain parts that

my car would not lock from the key fob. i kinda blew this off as "oh maybe the

battery to the fob is about dead". however just a couple days ago my car after

parked and shut off would turn over but not start, and just today my car after

stopped and the fob not working wouldn't even turn over.


So a couple things.

It is specific to this parking lot

I've had to jump someone else car making me think they might have the same
problem

I called Honda and the said it might be the immobilizer and the key not being recognized
