Found this on my car not too long ago while I was washing it. Not a clue as to why people would target my car to do this to, but oh well. According to the guy who painted my car though it's too deep to just buff out.

Thats what I thought about doing. Maybe someday over the summer I'll add that to the project list.

use rubbing compound on it before you do any wetsanding. if rubbing compound does the trick, will save a lot of headaches.

auto zone has a paint pen that has honda colors, worked for me

Did it come out smooth? cuz a friend of mine tried one of those paint things and it came out almost a different color. Idk i'm sceptic about it.
