Where exactly is the main relay located on a 99 accord EX?
pictures or a video might help as I know its somewhere around the cruise control buttons under the dash. And how much should a replacement be not installed? installed?

Its in a little place called Narnia, hidden between the green and yellow wires behind the steering column, its password encoded, so you need to shout "Legolas, this is Darth Vader, reveal yourself" and it will start glowing.

In all seriousness though, this forum has a search function for a reason

Its a little grey box about 2 inches long usually between the steering column and the coin tray, mounted way up there so bring a flashlight, you're going in.

In fact I did search. This is a 99 accord not a 90, 91, 92, 93 or 94.
