If that is the exact same size in the photoshop pic, then I would say go for it.

Output may be on the same level as the MDX ones, but require alot less modification.

Yup, I tried to keep things to scale, as much as possible. Main point is that they will fit into the area currently used for the low beam. The problem may be locating these projectors, alternatively, it would be a matter of buying used 2013/14 Accord headlights.
