so well about an hour ago i was ridin over to a friends house with him. and at a red light theres a cop in the middle lane.. and i stop right beside him, and it starts.
Cop:How old are you, you dont look old enough to drive?
Me: 15, (yes, i said 15, i bet im the youngest member here)
Cop: U have a license or learners or something?
Me: Yea a Perimt, from Monterrey ( the neigbor county, i was in San Pedro)
Cop : Let me see it.
Me: ( so i pull it out and hand it over)
Cop: get in the middle lane.
Me: ( so i go in the middle lane, turn the car off and take my sealbelt off. and go outside)
Cop: that license plate cover is illegal
Me: no cop has ever stoped me for it or told me its illegal.
Cop: well it is, the plate has to be fully vidible ( the cover is kinda tinted, buty you can see it good.
Me: i didnt know, i'll take it off later.
Cop: (so his reading my learners permit, and asks me ) What does it say here?
Me: ( so i answer) in case of a ticket, permit will be taken away.
Cop: im giving you a ticket for the cover, and im taking your permit away.
Me: ( wtf?!!!!! ) why?
Cop: the cover, u cant see the plate
Me: let me call someone. ( so i get in the car and call a friend from a shop to ask him for the phone of a friend cop, and he gives me the phone of a sheriff and the name of another Sheriff in higher power, who controls all police in that county. so i tell the cop who stopped me ) well i got __'s phjone and i also happen to know ___ sheriff.
Cop: So? Call them
Me: ( so i call the first one, and he wont answer, i call the 2nd one tell him what happened , and asks me to give the phone to that cop.. theyu talk for a while and he says well he wast wearing his seat belt (bull**** i was, i took it off when he stopped me ) he has an illegal plate cover, and he's tasliing to me disrespectfully ( again bull****) then he hangs up and says to me ) well im not going to do that because he told me to, (and starts actin all nice ) if u werent disrespectful i wouldn't have even thought about taking it away, its just that im worried about kids your age driving, most of them end up i accident, and i dont want that to happen to you..
Me: (wtf?!, he just starts coming up with some ****ty stories and crap)
Cop: you can go now.
so i leave without a ticket, and my learners in my hand
leasons learned:
- cops might make bull**** stories to bust u.
- cops will pull me over for the cover.
- keep seatbelt on and make sure they see it.
- get friend cops from more counties!
