Re: Mikey's 2001 Accord Coupe EXV6

Eh. I think once I get suspension, a retro, nav and a few other small bits; Ill be happier, lol.

People have to realise, my last car, a 4G, needed a lot of work. Between keeping it on the road and trying to mod it, I not only put myself in the hole but it wasnt fun. It sucked putting money into to keep it roadworthy but Id reward myself by doing a mod. I got to the point where i hated modding it.

This car is my cool down car, lol. Its also my respectable, grown man car. No rice, no funny stuff, nothing half ***...just a nice car done right in a subtle manner.

Wheel looks great. Wasn't that bad of a job, was it?

Not sure about a chrome H on the airbag or not since you have the woodgrain. It could look really classy, but not sure. I really like mine but my wheel is all black.

Re: Mikey's 2001 Accord Coupe EXV6

Thanks guys.

Yeah, it was definitely nerve racking. Once I got the airbag out, it was relatively easy. I'd recommend a GOOD puller, medium-sized rubber mallet, M5-10 screws and a breaker bar/extra hands.

Otherwise it's pretty easy. Matt, I was intimidated too, and Im nowhere near the gearhead you are, and I did it.
