looks much better. are you worried about the paint peeling / flaking away from the bottom up though now that you've got those off and there isn't a sealed edge?

no, not really

I taped it off this morning and painted the line and put a clearcoat on it even though it probably doesn't need it.

arent those for aero dynamics? wouldnt you get more drag on the car with those off? but hell it looks good!
