MOMO steering wheel + horn?

i searched and got no answer i also saw that someone else asked and didn't get an answer either but hopefully i will, so here it go's I'm thinking about getting a momo or if not a sparco steering wheel but will the horn still work on our cars? i know on some cars it doesn't hopefully i get an answer thanks.

Yes, just make sure you make an extension harness, and make sure the steering wheel comes with a horn button
