Mugen sideskirts

not urgent but still a problem i cant figure out. i picked up the mugen sides from ebay, the ones that were $150. i took off my mudflaps so i can fit them securely over the OEM rockerpanels but it would not sit flush. so i decided to take off the rockerpanels to find clips and stuff. how have people got this to go on before? anyone have an idea that just simply works without major mods? or even major mods. LMK!.

They are supposed to come with a long L bracket that u bolt on the frame of the car. If not then you can buy some at home depot or lowes
