Wow the top two in that last batch look great. Rare that a photo looks great in color and b&w, in my humble opinion.

i haz no photoshop :sad: and got the 50mm lens today, 1.8. indoor portraits aren't coming out well but then again, it has been only 24 hours since i really got into it

Set your Av mode to f1.8 and then shoot. It worked for me :). Btw the city on the river bank is a great pic. Awesome work! man I really need to get out in the cold and start taking pics with my Rebel T1i:bash:

haha cold weather really does not bother me to be honest. rain and snow me no likey but thats about it.
We may have a meet soon you should drive down here :D
