Is the projector the low only? And the high beam is above it? And are those LED's on either side?

Man that is a nice bike, I love the color scheme. I had a bike a long while ago, glad I sold it to be honest. Now I just like to look at them.
My bike back in the day. Custom 1991 Honda F2 back in 2001. This is the only pic I have.
If I was to get another bike, I wouldn't mind one of these...
