a 2004 odyssey does not weigh 5,650 lbs. they are 4,398 lbs.

Just repeating the OP's "facts"

your mdx is also awd, which is why it doesnt burn rubber from a stop.

Truth, I'm not sure at what point the VTM-4 starts sending power to the rear wheels, but it sure as hell won't break the tires loose and then send power.

the ody's are defintely quicker than my stock 5 speed 6g, without a doubt.

I'm going to call BS on this... I've "raced" my Accord vs. our MDX a bunch when I had to go pick it up from the dealer. Accord is faster off the line to about 65 (top of 2nd) where the MDX will definitely take off faster. I also got our MDX up to 135 following a Mk4 Jetta VR6, so it's not slow either, the Accord just seems to have the lightweight, non-bogging acceleration advantage there. And I forgot about my clutch, I'm sure that played a part.

and i can agree with you with the passing and handling tho
:lawl:

It rode really well until I felt a real suspension... that and the Goodyear Fortera rubber we have on now really makes the curves feel mushy and uncontrolled.
