N00b Header Question?

Disconnect the battery, take the down pipe off cut it out, grind a lil area around the pipe where its g2 b welded, cuts pice of pipe 2 fit in its place, reinstall the down pipe n tack weld the new pipe together, take it back off n weld it all up, reinstall

The difference between stainless steel and ceramic coated are exactly that. One is just stainless steel, the other is coated in ceramic. This is done to keep the temps down.

Preciate the help guys. Now i have a grasp on what to do. Just gotta replace the gasket and do a little welding and cutting and i should be good. If i have anymore questions ill let you guys know!

Good luck n grab some scrap pieces of pipe 2 practice on b 4 u start welding ur pipe. Clean every thing up n tack it all together. I put like 10 tacks on it b4 taking it off n welding it up solid just so it would stay where I wanted it

A jack and jack-stands work pretty well...you don't need a lift to do what you're trying to do.
