Never saw a point in this. If anything electrical gets messed up you would have to open up your wire cover and dig through all your wires to get to the one you need.

Okay, I have a question, and Idk if it's been covered before, but maybe one of you guys would know.
People route a lot of their wires through the opening right behind the fender right?
Okay, so a lot of slammed 6thgens, including my old car, has the fender liner removed. Is there anything I'm missing, or are all of these wires just destined to be vulnerable to all the rocks and water being slung up by the tires?

I'm just curious, Idk if I'm even right, just curious...

If I re-routed any wiring, I would make sure it’s protected in one form or another if exposed to the elements.

Tyler, wire loom can be used and does offer some protection against the elements.

OR, you sacrifice being more aggressively lowered, and keep your fender liners.

Jake (MoneyPit) told me once if you do the car right when lowering, you don’t need to delete the fender liners.
