yea that is a bit too far gone....polish might make it look a lil better around the edges of where the clear coat has completely failed...but im afraid it's gone bro

Even before i saw the pics, i was going to say you are fighting a loosing battle. It's just going to continue to get worse. The only thing i have found that looks OK, not good, not great, is sanding it off and use spray clear. Use a product that is meant for blending (not that it really matters because it won't look perfect by any means.
